Cutie Cucumbers

Welcome back y'all! Creedmoor is still treating me well. This week was awesome! We had some good lessons! It was fun to get to know more members and also to get to know my comps better! I'm loving being a missionary despite the challenges and I'm happy to be in such a good area with amazing people! Also I hit one month which is wild! Ok so now for the cucumber story haha. At the district council we were chatting with the Elders about pranks they've pulled on each other so I guess that inspired them to pull one on us. So when we were leaving the church we noticed that they had stuck whole cucumbers in the outside of Bradley (our car) haha. They even gave him horns! The funny part is that we accidentally left them there when we drove to our lesson so we probably got some weird looks driving around haha. See the google photos for evidence. I’ll Go Where You Want Me To Go

“But if, by a still, small voice he calls To paths that I do not know, I’ll answer, dear Lord, with my hand in thine: I’ll go where you want me to go.” Love this hymn! I would be lying if I said I wasn't nervous to leave the comfort of the MTC for the field but I know that I've been called by the still small voice of the spirit to serve a mission and the Lord will be with me every step of the way. The Lord can be with all of us throughout our lives if we accept His hand which is always extended to us.  Jacob 6:4 And how merciful is our God unto us, for he remembereth the house of Israel, both roots and branches; and he stretched forth his hands unto them all the day long; and they are a stiffnecked and a gainsaying people; but as many as will not harden their hearts shall be saved in the kingdom of God. Midsummer Marigolds️

Hey everyone! Do you wanna hear something crazy?? I've been a missionary for 6 months now! I'm 1/3 of the way through my mission!! Some days go by slower than others but overall it's gone by so fast, I can't believe it! I'm so grateful for the time that I've been able to serve despite the many challenges. I've learned so much about the restored gospel of Jesus Christ and also about God's love for all of His children. I'm excited to see what else the Lord has in store for me to learn in this next year of missionary work!  I actually had a chance to really reflect on my missionary work this Sunday. We were asked to be on a panel along with other current and recently returned missionaries to answer the youths' questions about missionary work! It was very cool to be able to share my mission experiences and insights with them.
