Let It Snow...Somewhere Else

This phrase was actually on someone's doormat when we went knocking and it's fitting for today because it usually doesn't snow here but we had 2 snow days in a row this week! Meaning it only snowed 3 inches but everyone had to stay in because these people don't know how to drive in the snow and don't have snow removal equipment. Snow days on the mish aren't like snow days at home though because we still work all day we just have to find creative ways to do so. For example, focusing on social media work, video messages, and phone/video calls. We also got creative by painting rocks with our info, and doing service by scraping snow off our neighbors cars.  We did have a couple snow day miracles this week! The first miracle came from our zone doing a PMG finding challenge and part of the challenge was calling up dropped media referrals! "My Friend Shot The Easter Bunny!"

He is Risen! Happy Easter everyone! I hope ya'll had an amazing Holy Week and Easter Sunday! I have loved being able to have this special time to remember and celebrate Jesus Christ and His infinite Atonement. I love how the church is emphasizing Easter as a season rather than just a holiday since no holiday compares in significance to the true meaning of Easter. Because of the resurrection of Jesus Christ we all have the opportunity to be resurrected and live in perfected bodies for eternity. And through our discipleship we are saved and exalted through Jesus Christ’s infinite Atonement and can experience the hope and healing that comes only through Him.  John 6:33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world. This week was a good one with lots of missionary work being done!
